Setup Information:

Take Down: You can keep your materials at your table throughout the conference. All materials should be removed from the exhibitor stations by the end of the day on Thursday, May 9.

 Initial Setup: Please begin setting up your table at 7:30 AM  on Wednesday, May 8, to ensure everything is ready before the conference attendees arrive. Additionally, you have the option to set up the evening before the conference starts, following Tuesday’s plenary session at 5 PM. If you are only participating on Thursday, May 9, please complete your set-up by 8 AM. 

Exhibit Space: Each vendor will be allocated space in the exhibit area for the duration of the conference. Please let us know how many tables and chairs you will need and any electrical power requirements.

Participation Details: You have the option to participate on one or both days of the conference. Please confirm your attendance and specify your preferred days in the sponsorship registration form.
