The Southeast Regional Conference has served as a United Way learning event for more than 60 years. With high quality teachers and facilitators, engaging workshops, best practice sharing and inspirational keynotes, you can expect to network with 325+ United Way leaders from across several southeast states.

Some of the sponsorship options include an Exhibitor Table: Presenting, Visionary, Champion, Community Sponsor, and Friend of the Conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference, the SERC team can set up a display table for you.
Setup Information:
Initial Setup: Please begin setting up your table at 7:30 AM on Wednesday, May 8, to ensure everything is ready before the conference attendees arrive. Additionally, you have the option to set up the evening before the conference starts, following Tuesday’s plenary session at 5 PM. If you are only participating on Thursday, May 9, please complete your set-up by 8 AM.
Take Down: You can keep your materials at your table throughout the conference. All materials should be removed from the exhibitor stations by the end of the day on Thursday, May 9.
Exhibit Space: Each vendor will be allocated space in the exhibit area for the duration of the conference. Please let us know how many tables and chairs you will need and any electrical power requirements.
Participation Details: You have the option to participate on one or both days of the conference. Please confirm your attendance and specify your preferred days in the sponsorship registration form.
